On 2nd Nov 2020, The Supreme Court of India in the case of M/S Ved Prakash Mithal and Sons v. Principal Kirorimal College &Anr. Comprising of 3 Judge Bench Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, Justice Navin Sinha, and Justice Krishna Murari reiterates that we have frowned upon persons knocking at the doors of the Writ Court in arbitration matters.

The Supreme Court issued directions and dismissed the matter with costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks.
