Call for Papers: INDIAN JOURNAL OF JURISPRUDENTIAL STUDIES is an open access and peer-reviewed online journal seeking to publish original research articles or any other form of scholarly writing dealing with the research topics of Law and Politics and allied issues.

Theme
Call for Papers: Any contemporary legal issue (Domestic/International) is acceptable. (Purely theoretical and empirical studies are also acceptable)
Submission Guidelines
1.) Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be written by more than 2 authors.
2.) The manuscript itself should not contain any information that can be used to identify the author. These details must only be mentioned in the covering letter.
3.) The Manuscripts must include an abstract of 250-300 words (inclusive of the overall word limit). The abstract must highlight the structure and the essence of the manuscript.
4.) Font Style: Times New Roman Font (Main text: size 12 and 1.5 spaced, footnotes: size 10 and single-spaced) and a margin of 1-inch shall be left on all sides of the paper.
5.) Citations must strictly conform to the standards laid down in OSCOLA 4th edition (The Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities).
How to submit?
1.) All the manuscripts must be accompanied by a cover letter which should include: the Name(s) of the author(s), institution/organization, the title of the manuscript, and contact information(email id & phone number).
2.) The Submissions must be made toijjs.editorial@gmail.com before 31st December 2020.
3.) All submissions must be in (.docx) format. PDF files shall be straight away rejected.
4.) The subject of the e-mail must clearly mention, ‘Submission of Manuscript for Volume I Issue 3′.
Publication fee
The fee is to be paid after acceptance of Manuscript.
Rs. 200 for Single Authored manuscript
Rs. 300 for Co-authored manuscripts (Max. 2, including the author)
Perks
1.) The author (s) of accepted papers shall receive Publication Certificates.
2.) Acceptance or Rejections shall be intimated within 48-72 hours of the acknowledgment of receipt.
3.) The accepted papers shall be published within 3 working days after the intimation of acceptance to the authors.
Important Dates
All Submissions must reach us before 11:59 PM, 31st December 2020.
