
Sexual Harassment is the sexual behaviour offence which is very hilarious or very harmful or humiliating for the society. Sexual harassment can happen in any manner either oral, written, verbally, physical or by online also. Both Men and Women can be the victim of sexual harassment and it may amount to sex determination.

3) When another person talk to you with the sign of touching or making another physical contract without your consent.

5) When person making
sexual gestures towards to you.

cracking sexual jokes or sexual comments towards you.

insulting you with sexual comments.
In India, Sexual Harassment is a hilarious crime and it is offence under section 354A of Indian Penal Code 1860. This crime is whole against the society or state. If you harassed by another person so, you have to informed to any person and some different way how you are informed:-

1)Save any evidence
– If you will make any complaint
regarding sexual harassment so, you can keep text messages, posted social
media site etc.
2) Keep a diary – Any
Document you have to write either what you have when you have tried to stop it,
how many people who has done with you and whatever it has happened with
you.
Any other things you can do it when you harassed sexually by someone. First of all, when you harassed by someone you have to tell someone and you need to deal with their own. You have to tell with your family, relatives or friends immediately when you harassed by another person. Even if you harassed in your workplace also so, you will able to tell your manager who works in your office. You need to take action against that person for sexual harassment and you have to try to stop that person. If sexual harassment continues with you, in that scenario you have some options

1)You need to make
a formal complaint –
In Schools or colleges if you harassed by sexually you really
need to have counselling or you can be warned to that person. If the sexual
harassment continues you go through the mediation process and then it fails,
you get fired for it.
2)You have to
leave your workplace where you are doing job
If in your workplace you harassed sexually and then you will put the application to leave this job. But first of all, you have to warned that person but then sexual harassment continues so you can file an application to leave the job.
So many options
you have and you can through it. Sexual Harassment is illegal under Sex
Discrimination Act 1984. Everyone has the right to work and live, and it is an
environment where that person is free from any harassment, bullying or any
other sexual activities. Government makes so many laws or acts for sexual
harassment and it is clearly mentioned if you have any problem regarding the
sexual harassment you have to tell your family, friends and you have to make a formal
complaint for it.
