The Bar Council of India in its notification issued today has decided that All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) onwards, no books, notes, or study material will be allowed in the Examination Hall.
Though as stated in the notiofication, candidates are allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes.
It reads,
"This is to notify that All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) onwards, no books, notes, or study material will be allowed in the Examination Hall. Candidates can carry bare acts without notes."
The All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) is scheduled for on March 21, 2021 while AIBE-XV was held on i.e. January 24, 2021.
