Revision suit in Shri Krishna Janmasthan case is dismissed, a new claim in the court is filed

 


Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, who sought a stay order in the court alleging the removal of the stones in the royal Idgah, has reached in the court of District Judge Yashwant Kumar Mishra on Tuesday.

The court dismissed the rivision. Prior to this, the party who had arrived for the revision has already heard in the court of the senior civil judge and the date of March 9 is fixed for the next hearing.

The court gave no decision till late evening. On the other hand, the suit filed by All India Hindu Mahasabha treasurer Dinesh Chandra Sharma regarding 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna's birthplace has been filed in the court on Tuesday. Whose advance hearing has been listed on 2, April 2021.
