On Monday, one more misery added to the legal fraternity because of the prevailing pandemic as Senior Advocate Rajeev Bansal passed away due to Covid-19 complication.
He was a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and joined the Bar in the year 1992.
Mr. Bansal passionately practiced in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT).
He was appointed as Senior Standing Counsel for Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in the year 2014 and was designated as a Senior Advocate in March, 2017.
His areas of specialization were Property & Infrastructure Laws, Contract Law, IBC and Debt Recovery Laws, Arbitration Law & Administrartive Law and Environment Protection Laws.

Senior Advocate Rajeev Bansal will always be remembered for his passion and contribution to the profession. His passing away is unfortunate and a grave loss to the legal world.
