About the legal internship at Repos Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand and structure company formations

2. Complete the documentation process (digital), handle all the necessary procedures about startup formation, and ensure compliance with legal procedures

3. Coordinate with all the stakeholders and complete and resolve all the legal issues arising at the time of formation

4. Maintain corporate records database, including assisting in legal agreements and contract reviewSkill(s) requiredEnglish Proficiency (Spoken)

Stipend

Rs. 10,000 per month

3 months

Eligibility

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th May’21 and 23rd Jun’21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
