About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated legal
professional with 2-4 years of experience in labour & employment law and/or
litigation to support the legal team in advising on employment-related matters,
compliance requirements, policy reviews, and dispute management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal advice on labour and employment law matters
- Conduct legal research on Central and State labour laws, regulations, notifications, and emerging legal developments, including the new Labour Codes
- Support the review and drafting of employment-related policies, agreements, and legal documentation
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable labour and employment laws
- Support employee transition and workforce-related matters arising from business reorganizations or restructuring activities
- Assist in handling labour and employment-related disputes, litigation, and proceedings
- Coordinate with external counsels and support case management activities, including documentation and tracking
- Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders and provide legal support on employment-related issues
- Prepare legal notes, presentations, training materials, and compliance updates for internal stakeholders
- Perform other legal and compliance-related responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 1–2 years of experience in labour & employment law, employment advisory, or litigation
- Exposure to labour law compliance, employment disputes, or industrial relations matters will be an advantage
- Key Skills & Competence Basic understanding of labour and employment laws and legal procedure Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skill Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management ability Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach Strong learning agility, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership Team player with the ability to work independently when required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
