On Thursday, the National Commission for Women wrote a letter to the Director-General of Police (DGP) of UP, seeking an explanation on the urgency to cremate the body of Hathras alleged gang-rape victim. A Court in Ramgarh sentenced a Man to Life Imprisonment after he was convicted of killing his wife for dowry 2 years ago.
