HC seeks response of State and the Election Commission in matter of online nomination of candidates for election [Read Order]
The Allahabad High Court has issued a notice on a PIL, seeking online nomination of candidates contesting the upcoming panchayat election to protect the supporters and processions from congestion amid the epidemic in the state. Delhi Court stays Magistrate Court order regarding unlocking of Residential portion of Markaz
On Wednesday, a Sessions Court in Delhi put an interim stay till Oct 8, on a Magistrate Court order directing the authorities to unlock the residential portion of premises of Markaz Tablighi Jamaat in Hazrat Nizamuddin 5 days after the receipt of order.
