The Delhi High Court on Tuesday stayed the retirement of a Colonel of the Judge Advocate General’s branch, posted at Bathinda, and asked the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) to decide his application regarding the result of his promotion board not being declared. The Congress has slammed the Lucknow Special Court's decision to acquit all the accused in the 28-year-old Babri Masjid demolition case, saying it held no one accountable even when the Supreme Court had called the demolition illegal.
